My lifelong passion for the outdoors and staying active has led me to appreciate simple activities like walking, running, cycling, kayaking, and skiing. I've personally witnessed the positive impact these activities can have on mental health.

With over 25 years in senior executive leadership roles, I've consistently worked towards fostering supportive and balanced work environments, understanding the interconnectedness of physical and mental well-being. In my previous role, I had the privilege of serving as the spokesperson for Make-A-Wish at the company I worked for, an organization that brings joy to children through granted wishes. This experience reinforced my dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

I'm thrilled to be part of Up and Running, where, together, we're actively working to promote positive mental health and well-being in our communities.
